We take pride in our shipping speed. Majority of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping methods you chose and where you are.

Standard Australian Shipping:

  • AU Rural or WA - 6-9 Working days

Express Australian Shipping:

  • All of AU - 1-3 Working days

International:

  • U.S. - 10-20 Working days

How do I return or exchange an item?

We have a 30-day return policy which can be found in our Return Policy. We do accept returns and exchanges on all orders as long as the item is in its original state and sell-able condition. Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
