How quickly do you process and ship your orders?
Your order is DISPATCHED within 24 hours (next working day) or your order is FREE! Any orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping methods you chose and where you are.

How can I track my order status?
Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
We give you regular tracking updates to keep you updated every step of the way.
How do I return or exchange an order?
We have a 30-day return policy which can be found in our Return Policy. We accept returns and exchanges for items that:
- Are in it's original state and sellable condition (including hang tags and clothing bag)
- Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Not sprayed with any fragrances or aerosols
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Discount items are not eligible for free exchanges.

Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit ‘Place Order’ at checkout. This includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding/removing items to your order
- Shipping method
However, shoot an email to us at hello@wayfarerbrand.com.au to let us know as soon as you find out as we ship orders within 24 hours of the purchase!
What do I do if my item is broken/damaged/defective?
We check all orders before we ship them out, but we sometimes make mistakes too! Please email us at hello@wayfarerbrand.com.au and we will work with you to replace or refund the defective product in accordance with our Return Policy.
What size should I purchase?
Different products have different sizing in regard to fitting requirements. We usually state in the product description on how the item fits. Please feel free to email us at hello@wayfarerbrand.com.au or dm us on IG @thewayfarerbrand for advice on sizing!
