Shipping Policy

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...

All products will be processed within 24 hours of your order of the next business day. This means that if you purchase Wayfarer Brand's product on a Saturday, it will be processed by Monday. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you don't receive any emails within the next business day regarding your order, please email us at hello@wayfarerbrand.com.au and we can proceed from then. 

 

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking. There are exceptions to this - please read our refund policy for more information.
