Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.

How do I return or exchange an order?

We have a 30-day return policy which can be found in our Return Policy. We accept returns and exchanges for items that:

  • Are in it's original state and sellable condition (including hang tags and clothing bag)
  • Washed items and/or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Not sprayed with any fragrances or aerosols

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Discount items are not eligible for free exchanges.

What do I do if my item is broken/damaged/defective?
